Criminalistic characteristics of crimes: unresolved issue

At the present stage of forensic science, some theoretical approaches have been formed and continue to be improved, their purpose is to analyze the crime in depth. These constructions are similar in many ways, which makes it difficult to determine their conceptual apparatus, place and meaning in forensic science. The article considers the correlation of the categories “criminalistic characteristics of crimes”, “mechanism of criminal activity (mechanism of crime)”, “typical forensic informational model of crime (criminal activity)”.
