The relevance is due to the need to improve the anti-corruption sustainability of the system of state and municipal procurement, which requires the formation of effective mechanisms to manage the anti-corruption process. The topic of anti-corruption in our country attracts close attention. As a result of market transformations, new organizational and legal conditions for business were formed, imbalance in social and economic relations emerged, which resulted in the enrichment of officials and entrepreneurs. Corruption takes various forms and forms, but perhaps the most dangerous among them is the massive nature of crimes in the field of public procurement. The high danger of this phenomenon is due to a number of circumstances. Traditional ways to combat corruption in public procurement have shown their inadequacy; a comprehensive analysis of the negative impact of corruption in public procurement is needed.
