With the development of the institution of bankruptcy of legal entities, legal relations in the field of economics began to come into contact with the criminal law sphere due to various abuses, so there was a need to systematize law enforcement practices related to the issues of bringing persons controlling the debtor and their representatives, creditors and arbitration managers to criminal responsibility. Along with the criminal law classification of crimes in the field of bankruptcy, the article examines a more expanded, criminalistic classification of crimes in this area, which can be used by law enforcement agencies.
