Forensic classification of transnational crimes and the algorithm of its application

The relevance of the article is due to the lack of a forensic classification of transnational crimes in the science of forensic science, as well as an algorithm for its application, which complicates the development of new methods for investigating this category of crimes and at the same time slows down the process of systematization and improvement of existing methods. The article presents the author’s definitions of the concepts “transnational crimes”, “method of transnational crime”, as well as the author’s classification of transnational crimes and methodological justification for the possibility of using this classification in the activities of law enforcement agencies in the form of an algorithm for its practical application.
