Criminalistic prevention of crimes committed by youth organized groups

The investigation should establish not only the circumstances of the crime and the guilt of a particular person, but also the circumstances contributing to its commission. This is especially important when investigating crimes committed by youth organized groups. Through the solution of criminalistic prevention tasks, it is possible to prevent the commission of new acts and contribute to the disintegration of criminal youth groups. The relevance of criminalistic prevention of crimes committed by youth organized groups determines the purpose of the given article, which consists in setting problems related to it, as well as studying the effectiveness of the actions that can prevent new crimes during the investigation. During the research, the following methods are used: dialectical, formal-logical, as well as system-activity. The article concludes that an element of any criminalistic methodology of investigation should be recommendations on criminalistic prevention of crimes committed by youth groups.
