Criminalistic nature of crimes related to extremist propaganda and features of various investigative actions during the investigation

In this work, the essence of crimes related to the promotion of extremism is considered from the standpoint of forensic scientific tools. The author believes that they act as a kind of ideological "engine", creating a destructive atmosphere among various segments of the population by means of manipulative psychological influence. Their mass commission naturally contributes to the growth of social tension in society, the activation of various informal movements, youth subcultures that are hostile to representatives of other social groups. Given that it is the proof of extremist motives that raises many questions in practice, the author considers the specifics of the production of individual investigative actions (inspection, examination, search and seizure) taking into account this problem and provides appropriate recommendations.
