Criminally significant features of illegal production of medicines and medical devices

Introduction: the structure and content of this scientific abstraction in relation to the illegal production of medicines and medical devices (article 235.1 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation) is presented on the basis of the scientific tools of the doctrine of criminalistic characteristics of crimes. Illegal production of medicines and medical devices is included in the group of acts that received the conditional name "crimes in the sphere of the shadow pharmaceutical market" in the legal literature, which were introduced into the criminal code of the Russian Federation by the Federal law of December 31, 2014.
