Internet monitoring for investigating insult offences: forensic aspects

Introduction: the author examines the criminalistic aspects of Internet monitoring in the investigation of insult offences. The study aims to establish a unified approach to investigating crimes in which honour and dignity are primary or secondary objects of the crime under Articles 148, 297, 319 and 336 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
