Forensic aspects of the confrontation

The effective implementation of any investigative action enshrined in the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation is impossible without the proper application of knowledge of criminology and such a section of it as forensic tactics. This circumstance is connected with a number of practical aspects of conducting investigative actions, mainly with tactical risk. In this paper, the main forensic aspects of such a complex investigative action as a confrontation will be considered.
