Criminalistic problems of determining the negative influence of adults on minors with a view to involving them in the commission of crimes

The negative influence exerted by adults on minors in various forms with a view to involving them in the commission of crimes forms an independent corpus delicti (Article 150 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and is also included among the main factors causing the unlawful activity of minors. The mechanism of such influence is quite complex and specific, its nature and features should be determined in the investigation of crimes under Article 150 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
