Forensic Portrait of the Criminal and the Victim in the Investigation of Crimes against the Sexual Integrity of Minors

This article is devoted to the study of certain elements of the forensic characteristics of certain types of crimes against sexual integrity. The investigation of crimes must fully comply with the principles of completeness, objectivity, and comprehensiveness, which requires the investigator to study the personality of the perpetrator and the personality of the victim in combination. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the victim's behavior, as this factor determines the specifics of the investigation and the difficulties faced by the investigator in establishing the circumstances of the crime.
