Forensic human research: current state and development prospects

The article is devoted to topical issues of human forensic research. Modern science has a clear tendency to anthropologize, studying people from the perspective of various systems and approaches. Taking into account the key role of personal information in the process of proving cases of various categories of crimes, the question of the need to form a private forensic theory that studies a person, personality, or individual has been repeatedly raised in forensic science. Most of the research is devoted to the criminalistic characterization of the criminal and victim as a source of criminally relevant information, but there are suggestions for studying the personal qualities of other participants in criminal proceedings (judges, experts, specialists, translators). However, all these studies are based on the study of biological, social and psychological characteristics, and the realities of modern life and the widespread introduction of computer-technical and information-analytical technologies dictate the need to study the information substructure of human activity, which significantly changes the established paradigm of forensic homology.
