Forensic support of activities to support state prosecution in the court of first instance as the subject of dissertation research

In forensic science, in recent times, dissertation research for the degree of Doctor of Law has been carried out, as a rule, either on general theoretical issues of criminology, or on forensic examination, or on tactics and methods of investigating certain types or groups of crimes, which is in fact quite natural: The main subject of criminology is the study of the laws of the crime mechanism. At the same time, I would like to draw attention to the work of Sergei Leonidovich Kislenko on the topic “Conceptual foundations of forensic support for supporting public prosecution in the court of first instance,” submitted for defense for the degree of Doctor of Law in specialty 5.1.4.
