Forensic support as a factor of increasing the quality of evidence in criminal cases

Introduction: the article examines the challenging aspects of the legal regulation of the organization of forensic support for the process of proof in criminal proceedings. Law enforcement practice shows that forensic support plays a significant role in the entire process of proof at all stages of criminal proceedings. At the same time, the organizational and legal mechanism of forensic support for the process of proof from the point of view of tactical, methodological and technical support has a number of shortcomings.
