Criminalization of the identity of a minor in custody

This article examines the negative factors affecting the criminalization of the child's personality while isolating him from society for committing a crime. "Deep immersion" in the criminal environment of a minor predetermines his communication in the criminal jargon. The pedagogical and psychological aspects of the study of this phenomenon are considered. Conclusions and recommendations on the conditions of detention of minors in the facility.
