Criminalization of society as determinant of political nihilism

Contents of the article reveals the determinants of political nihilism in contemporary Russian society through the evaluation of the criminalization of power. Special attention is given to the authors that political nihilism can not be separated from moral conclusions and perspectives for political action (or inaction) in the framework of existing in the country of the Political Field. In practice, referred to in of the Constitution of the Russian Federation law is often violated, it becomes a major source of the spread of political nihilism.
