Criminal bankruptcy: concept and forms

The article presents an analysis of the key features of forms of criminal bankruptcy based on the provisions of the current Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and current statistical data. The main approaches to the definition of the concept of «criminal bankruptcy» are touched upon, as well as issues of improving criminal legislation and bankruptcy legislation.
