Criminological characteristics of foreign perpetrators of crimes

The paper notes that the crime of foreigners because of their criminological and criminal-legal characteristics is a relatively independent object of the criminological research. The criterion for such selection is the special subject of the crime. Crime of foreigners is seen in modern criminological science as a kind of crime of migrants. It is the migration as a determining factor is the basis of determining the socio-demographic status of foreigners.
