Article is devoted some aspects criminology characteristics of the person of the criminals participating in group plunders on a railway transportation. The author places in the publication emphasis on these persons committing crimes, against mass social conflicts, on their psychological characteristics. In particular, by it it is underlined that the majority of crimes is made in a condition of alcoholic or narcotic intoxication, and dominating motive is self-interest.
