In the past few years, at the junction of jurisprudence, economics and management theory, a new branch of knowledge has been rapidly developing, studying the issues of procurement for state and municipal needs. The relevance of these issues is obvious, and their complexity necessitates theoretical studies with the subsequent implementation of the results both in the educational process and in the daily practical work of specialists. At the same time, the study of the problem of crimes committed in the field of procurement is of particular importance. Criminological research, combined with the development of appropriate preventive measures, can reduce the number of procurement crimes and reduce the size of their negative consequences.
