Criminological victimology as art

The applied aspect of criminological teaching about the victim of crime is considered. The possibilities of popular means of expressing victimological ideas are analyzed, especially in relation to the prevention of corruption crime. Theoretical and practical functionality of criminological victimology, theoretical and practical art of management of process of transfer of victimological information for the purpose of its optimum interiorization by the addressee are defined. The historical experience of “artistic”, “social” criminology in crime prevention is presented; the possibilities of art elements in victimological prevention are revealed. The necessity and possibility of criminological victimology as an art are substantiated on the basis of applied criminological research data, mastery of methods and technologies of victimological art.
