Criminological aspects in violate juvenile delinquency in modern Russia

Introduction: this article addresses the problem of violent juvenile delinquency, which is now extremely violent. The need for a separate criminological study of violent juvenile is justified. Materials and Methods: the research methodology basis of the study was the dialectical, normative and logical, comparative and other methods. The materials of the study were normative legal acts regulating criminal liability for crimes involving the use of violent publications, as well as published scientific works on this issue. Results: the definitions of violent crime presented in the modern scientific literature were analyzed. Their criminological characteristics were studied, the classification of violent juvenile delinquency was considered, as well as mental violence, which is one of the important aspects of the type of crime studied. Discussion and Conclusions: measures to prevent this negative social phenomenon including a set of political and legal measures are outlined.
