Criminological aspects of crimes committed by medical professionals

The relevance of the study lies in the obvious aggravation of violations in the field of healthcare in connection with the COVID-19. The purpose of the study is to summarize the practical knowledge accumulated in the fi eld of investigation of yatrogenic crimes. The fi eld of application is the professional activities of judges, investigators, prosecutors. According to the results of the study, it is concluded that today the criminal law regulation of medical crimes requires comprehensive approaches, both educational and ethically preventive.
