Criminological features of the personality of minor criminals and reasons for schoolshooting and methods of prevention

The paper deals with the problem of spreading the ideology of extremism, terrorism, school shooting among minors in social networks. The measures of educational organizations, executive authorities, public organizations and law enforcement agencies aimed at preventing the popularization of destructive communities among young people are analyzed. The concept of the personality of a criminal includes a whole range of socio-demographic, criminal law characteristics, moral properties and psychological characteristics. The personality of a juvenile delinquent requires a deeper study due to age characteristics. Socio-demographic characteristics include such categories as age, gender, education, marital status, social status. The main socio-demographic feature of a juvenile delinquent is his age. Certain biological, psychological and mental changes in the personality structure are associated with age. In accordance with Art. 87 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, minors are persons who, at the time of the commission of the crime, were fourteen years old, but not eighteen years old. Also, do not forget that from 14 to 16 years of age, minors are subject to criminal liability for a limited art. 20 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, a list of crimes, and from the age of 16, minors are criminally liable for all crimes prescribed in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Part of the crimes committed by minors remain in the latent zone, as they are committed not by the subjects of the crime - minors under the age of 14.
