Criminological analysis of new legislative proposal on the regulation of social networks in Russia

We analyzed the content of new legislative proposal on the regulation of social networks in Russia to find the factors of crime there. We also evaluate the administrative penalties that are in this bill to find out how can they help prevent new computer crimes. In conclusion, we give recommendations on improving the law.
