Criminological counteraction to criminal organization of convicts in the criminal executive system of Russia

In the article the authors study goal-setting, content and practical significance of criminological counteraction to the criminal organization of convicts. Particular attention is paid to the content of criminological forecasting of the assessment of the future state of the criminal organization of convicts in correctional institutions of the criminal executive system of Russia and criminological consequences of implementing managerial decisions to counteract this criminal phenomenon. The content of criminological programming of counteraction to criminal organization of convicts in the penitentiary system of Russia is also addressed.
