We describe a rare case of intraosseous giant cell tumor in the foot involving the tarsal navicular, cuneiform, all 3 cuneiforms of a 56-year-old female. Radiographs revealed a large, well-defined osteolytic lesion with endosteal scalloping. Intralesional excision, adjuvants cryosurgery, autograft bone implantation, and spongy screws fixation were performed. The histologic studies confirmed the diagnosis of giant cell tumor. The distinctive radiographic features might have been the result of tumor spreading and direct compression of bone as the tumor enlarged. In the period of 2 years follow-up point watching, the patient recovered without recurrence.
