The author analyzes the legal regulation of crypto-currencies (mainly bitcoin) and tokens in Russia and abroad. He considers the possibility of applying crypto currency in the Russian civil, family and labor law. He comes to the conclusion that modern Russian legislation does not prevent the use of crypto currency in these areas.
