Criteria of goodbility

The article deals with the issues of interpretation of conscientious behavior in scientific and law enforcement aspects. The author justifies the conclusion that the main criterion in determining honesty is the absence in the actions / omissions of the participant in the civil turnover of a direct intent to abuse the law. The actions a participant could take to recognize a fact that makes him unfair should not be taken into account.
