Criteria for forming regional clusters on the example of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic

The article proposes a system of criteria for the allocation of clusters for the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, which allows to orient the procedures for the formation of the cluster structure and the selection of its participants to achieve the specified efficiency of the investment project. Taking into account the specifics of the development of the economy of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the main parameters of the cluster project include: industry and product specialization; cluster location; the feasibility of implementing a cluster project; cluster power.
