Evaluation criteria to assess level of ICT-competence building in the course of training bachelor students in "Pedagogical education"

The article discusses the use of blended learning technologies to build ICT-based competences of future bachelor students in “Pedagogical education”, as part of studying «Information Technologies in Education» discipline and presents criteria to evaluate a level of the competence. The author also defines levels of formation of each criterion, describes the indicators of each criterion as well as methods of their assessment.
