Evaluation criteria of standard of living and human development in the world space

The paper studied an integral indicator for assessing the standard of living and development of the population. The article presents the results of the analysis of the ranking of countries on the human development index. The comparative characteristic of the main indicators of BRICS and CIS countries in the world ranking for 2017 is given. The rating of Russia for four years was considered separately. The main directions of improvement of indicators of a standard of living and human development are formulated.
