Criterion of quality of network service based on available bandwidth estimation

This paper proposes criterion of available bandwidth differentiation between classes of service. It has been shown that classes of service should be differentiated by the value of their available bandwidth; therefore the difference between the values of available bandwidth ofneighbor classes has to be proportional to the square of available bandwidth of current class. The paper shows that difference between the neighbor classes maximum delay is a constant.
