In article the plot of "Mozart and Salieri" Pushkin from the point of view of a situation of mimetic crisis and ritual murder (sacrifice) is considered. The author proves, that the image of Salieri concerns a category of images of impostors in creativity of the poet and "true poet vs. self-appointed poet" is entered in an interaction metaplot. In article signs of the poet-impostor and incentive motives of its rivalry with the true poet come to light.
