The crisis of modern civilization: some manifestations

In this article, the authors examine the crisis of modern civilization, highlighting external and internal aspects in it. The latter is the crisis of human, its essence, the alienated nature of its existence and development. However, within the framework of this article, the authors focus their attention on the external aspect, i.e. manifestations of the crisis of the essence of human at the present stage. In particular, the authors analyze the model of social development that underlies the modern capitalist global civilization, and identify in it a number of tendencies and contradictions that, in the authors' opinion, make this model as a limited in terms of the historical process. In addition, the authors raise the issue of a number of social consequences of the crisis of capitalism and formulate the conclusion that the external manifestations of the crisis of human essence are not just a background on which the "main" crisis occurs - no, they are an active participant in the further deepening and development of this crisis.
