Crises of NEP: the second crisis of the new economic policy 1925

The issues concerning the origin of crisis in the course of implementation of the New Economic Policy (NEP) in the early twentieth century have been analyzed. The influence of state structures on the course of economic reforms and the emergence of the second crisis of the NEP has been considered. The influence of the NEP on the development of the domestic market, formation of market structures, growth of private capital in the agricultural sector, relationship of the reforms carried out according to the General course of the Bolshevik party aimed at industrialization of the country and emergence of contradictions have been described.
