The criteria apparatus for assessing the quality and effectiveness of personnel management of a multinational organization is defined, the problems and risks that arise in the activities of a large socio-economic system with a multinational composition are revealed. The staff of the enterprise is considered as a key subsystem of any corporation, including transnational, in which employees of various ethnic groups work. Consequently, the study of the characteristics of their labor activity, as well as their attitude to the corporation and its management, is currently an extremely urgent problem. Assessing the quality and effectiveness of the management of a multinational organization requires modern leaders to develop modern scientific tools. On the other hand, in the context of globalization, this tendency acquires special practical significance due to a number of circumstances. Firstly, there is currently intense competition between large corporations in the global world, in which a corporation with a high cost of human capital naturally has a competitive advantage. Secondly, corporations that meet the requirements of international standards are interested in hiring employees who are carriers of unique knowledge in the fields of economics, finance, management, law, information technology and foreign languages. Thirdly, the duration of competitiveness of successful and self-respecting corporations will be largely determined by the presence of employees with a high level of intellectual potential and possessing a strategic vision of the problems existing in the activities of corporations.
