Osteogenesis and blood circulation of leg tissues has been experimentally studied in adult mongrel dogs in the process of filling post-resection diaphyseal bone defects under their separation from surrounding tissues and stable fixation of fragments. It has been established that bone regeneration in tibial defects is accompanied by circulation increase in the soft tissues of the segment applicable. Regenerate bone formation occurs at the expense of two osteohistogenesis currents: endesmal and enchondral. The presence of little-differentiated structures in the form of granulation tissue, that of connective tissue and cartilage variants and also their changes show that regeneration process occurs according to epimorphosis type. A leading role in the processes of osteogenesis belongs to endosteum
