Hemostasis of arterial and venous blood as well as limb blood supply was studied in the process of filling leg bone defects experimentally. Both blood coagulating properties and limb blood supply recovered completely after the fixator removal. Filling of leg bone defects the size of which is 15-30 % of bone length is accompanied by the compensatory changes in limb vascular system, directed to optimal regeneration of bone tissue for open injuries.
