The article describes the principles of corporate social responsibility (CSR) of companies in a volatile Russian economy. Particular attention is paid to identifying the positive and negative aspects of the implementation of CSR in times of crisis. It is also an example of large companies operating in the Russian Federation, the features of social policy in terms of economic instability. It should be noted that this article will be of interest both theoreticians and practitioners working in the companies, which carry out CSR.
