Cubic mathematical model оf criminal liability

Introduction: the key objective of criminal policy is to build a simple and accurate mathematical model of criminal liability suitable for use in any state. For this purpose, the following fundamental academic article has been prepared. Materials and Methods: the academic results presented in the article are obtained on the basis of the principle of strict determinism and methods of mathematical analysis - differential and integral calculus. Results: 1) an undefined mathematical model of criminal liability of the form is constructed: p = f (x), where p is the crime price reduced to the public danger of the person; x is the public danger of a criminal act brought to the public danger of the person; 2) a strictly defined mathematical model of criminal liability is constructed: p = x3.
