New REE-mineral kularite that is found in sedimentary rocks of Vjatka-Kama Depression is described in the article. The morthological peculiarities of the mineral are investigated with application of SEM data. The chemical composition is determined by microprobe analysis. The mineragenic aspects of REE-mineralization in the territory of Vjatka-Kama Depression are discussed.
