Cultivation of the ginseng in Samara oblast as the contribution to kind preservation

The technology of ginseng ( Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer) cultivation in Samara oblast, representing a cycle of several stages – land preparation, stratification of seeds, planting seeds or sprouts, care, harvesting, processing and storage is proved. Some questions of standardization the raw materials and medicines, and also creation of the new preparations, containing in quality of medicinal substance water-ethanol extracts from roots of ginseng are resolved. For standardization according to saponines content in raw materials and preparations the method of direct spectrophotometry with use of specific indicator of absorption – ginsenoside Rg 1 allocated from roots of this plant is offered.
