In the era of the transition to postmodern, the strengthening of the importance of culture is due to a radical change in the role of education, science, knowledge, information in the economy and industry. Trends and prospects for the development of education cannot be viewed only through the prism of the needs of the economy: the transition from economic centrism to sociocentrism and culture-centrism is necessary and expedient. Among the first cultural and educational tasks is the increase in the general level of education, which contributes to the “transition from a human-cost to a man-saving evolution”. The higher the level of general education of an individual, the less likely it is that its interests and aspirations will be confined within the limits laid down by its actual socio-professional affiliation and everyday environment
