Cultural and educational aspects of social development of Russia: socio-philosophical analysis

This article is concerned with cultural and educational tendencies of the current Russian society. The author carries out a social and philosophic analysis of challenges and prospects of the innovative and creative higher professional education development in the contemporary sociocultural reality. Nowadays the main task of the Russian educational policy is to create a basis for sustainable socioeconomic and spiritual development of the Russian society.
