Cultural and educational aspect of Chinese and Russian policy of "soft power"

The article provides an overview of the cultural and educational components that form the policy of "soft power" of China and Russia in these areas. Priority directions, importance in the context of foreign policy in general, specifics, historical aspect, as well as basic methods and instruments for implementing the "soft power" policy of the two states were identified. A comparative analysis of the ways of implementing this course was made, taking into account the above components, which resulted in a conclusion about which of the states the concept of "soft power" is more developed and effectively implemented.
