This article explores the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on cultural aspects of society, including the creation and consumption of media content, as well as social interactions. The authors analyze how AI contributes to the democratization of the media landscape, allowing a wide range of users and organizations to create diverse content. However, they also highlight the risks of reinforcing biases and manipulating public opinion. The article examines the use of AI in the music industry and customer service, as well as its influence on the understanding of creativity and art. In conclusion, strategies are proposed to mitigate the negative consequences of AI and expand its positive impact on culture, including the development of methods to combat bias and protect privacy and civil liberties.
