Cultural features of bilateral relations in the Caspian region

The article is devoted to the study of the basic concepts of the regional cultural model, the cultural characteristics of bilateral relations between Russia and the Caspian countries, the analysis of the cultural model and cultural characteristics of the Caspian region. The paper describes in detail: the analysis of the cultural model of the region, the levels of regionality according to Bjorn Hettne and bilateral and multilateral legal documents between the Caspian countries. The analysis of bilateral cultural relations between Russia and the countries of the Region was carried out, on the basis of which conclusions were drawn.
