The article deals with the spiritual nature of culture as a "second nature", which is the result of a multifaceted creative human activity. The culture is a result of a social group’s activities which implements ideas of religious and secular origin, often coexisting and complementary, in the form of syncretic performance. The authors note that in the Muslim culture these aspects are conjoint, delimitation between them is not allowed. The human rights currently advocated by the Occident are artificially opposed to cultural, religious values of the Muslim world, considering it to be musty and out-of-date.
