Psychological express diagnostics in hiring employees: practice of application (on the example of Chita energy complex, a branch of PJSC TGK-14)

The article deals with the practice of applying psychological express-diagnostics in the process of hiring employees. The main directions of assessment are described, and the potential of application of this method in the realities of the organization under consideration is analyzed. Special attention is paid to specific testing methods.
